A booking is considered confirmed only after:

• Required payment (if applicable) has been received.
• A booking confirmation has been provided by WanderRoot.

Prices displayed on this website:

• May change without prior notice.
• May vary based on travel dates, group size, accommodation, transportation, or customization requests.

The final price will be confirmed before the booking is finalized.

Many of our tours can be customized.

Customized itineraries, pricing, inclusions, and schedules will be discussed directly with the customer before confirmation.

Customized quotations remain valid only for the period communicated by WanderRoot.

Payment terms will be communicated during the booking process.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• A booking may require an advance payment.
• The remaining balance must be paid before the tour begins or as communicated during booking.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking.

By confirming a booking, you agree to that policy.

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information.
• Arriving at pickup locations on time.
• Carrying valid identification where required.
• Following local laws and regulations.
• Respecting guides, drivers, accommodation providers, and fellow travelers.

Any additional costs resulting from incorrect information or delays caused by the customer may be the customer's responsibility.

• Transportation

• Tour schedules
• Pickup times
• Itineraries

These changes may occur due to weather, road conditions, operational requirements, supplier availability, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Whenever possible, we will provide a suitable alternative.

WanderRoot shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Severe weather
• Government restrictions
• Political unrest
• Public health emergencies
• Transportation disruptions
• Strikes

Some services may be provided by third-party partners, including:

• Hotels
• Transportation providers
• Local guides
• Activity operators

While we carefully select our partners, WanderRoot is not responsible for the independent actions, omissions, or service quality of third-party providers.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on this website is accurate.

However, we do not guarantee that all content, pricing, availability, photographs, or itineraries are free from errors or omissions.
